Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service all over Pakistan. Customers are requested to ensure availability on the provided contact number for order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID through SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your parcel.

Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect contact/shipping information, the delivery may be delayed or canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the package and products.
